Friends and family,

The Buell Omar Foundation is currently projecting our 2023 & 2024 build schedules. We have set an ambitious fundraising goal of $1,000,000. With this funding, we can build and donate ten literacy buses.

These mobile libraries aim to raise literacy rates in high-risk, vulnerable, and low-socioeconomic status communities. The buses will be donated to Georgia School Systems with significantly low literacy rates among children in elementary schools.

With your help, we WILL build our first, 100 percent donor-funded mobile library in 2023. All donors helping us reach the first $100,000 will have their names displayed in our flagship model.

We are a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in memory of the patriarch of the Worley Family. Buell Worley was a hard-working father and grandfather who instilled in our family the values of loyalty, dedication, high quality of work, and the importance of education.

Our mission is to identify, target, and address early childhood literacy rates in vulnerable, high-risk, and often low-socioeconomic status communities by creating mobile learning facilities.
