As we close out the month of April—Autism Awareness Month—Camp RISE would like to extend a very special shoutout and heartfelt THANK YOU to Eddie and the Git Dis Werk Studio family for organizing our very first Spin for the Spectrum event! Your generosity in providing the space, your energy, and your incredible fundraising efforts helped make it possible for several children to receive scholarships for this summer. Because of your leadership, this event created a space for powerful voices to be heard, stories from parents, families, and providers that emphasized not only awareness, but true acceptance of individuals on the spectrum and all exceptionalities. Your commitment to community and inclusion was deeply felt and made a lasting impact. Our hearts are full of gratitude, and we are reminded that partnerships like this are what make Camp RISE so special. 💙

Today was a great day for Camp RISE! We were busy representing at the DeKalb Transition Fair and even got to connect with our good friends at InCommunity.

Later in the afternoon, we had the opportunity to meet several new Camp RISE families and answer questions about the upcoming summer!

We stay busy, but we truly love what we do. 💙
