Our last day at the races was the best! Walton Day Camp started our day with a flag retirement ceremony, then we *safely* raced over to Cofer Farm to learn about horses! We also made slime, did slingshots, and raced our boats in a rain gutter regatta! The Webelos Den made a bat house and presented it to our hosts at Bold Springs church. We had a special awards ceremony to end such an amazing camp! Thank you to everyone that had a part in making Walton Day Camp so great!

Day Four at Walton Day Camp was a blast! We started the day with our den car parade! Then we had a visitor from the Walton County Sheriff’s Department and he brought his K9. We did a few crafts and adventures before lunch. After lunch we had a professional drone operator visit us. He showed us a lot of cool stuff! The afternoon was filled with water fun and relay races!

It was a rainy day at the races but Walton Day Camp made the best of it! We did woodworking, paracord racecar drivers, race-car puppets, board games, and watched Turbo! Once the weather calmed down we finally got to go outside and do our bicycle rodeo!

Back to the races today for Walton Day Camp! We had so much fun with archery, woodworking, outdoor games, and upcycled balloon powered cars! A huge thank you to all of our volunteers and den chiefs! We couldn’t do this without you! 🏎️🏁

Walton Day Camp started their races today! What a great first day of camp! We built STEM solar powered cars, BB’s, birdseed ornaments, and leather crafts. We even had a couple race-car drivers visit us, they even showed us their race cars! Can’t wait for more racing fun tomorrow!
