World Cancer Day 2026!
Research indicates that in the United States, one in three individuals will receive a cancer diagnosis during their lifetime.

Cancers are broadly classified into two primary categories:
Hematologic cancers: These arise from blood cells or blood-forming tissues.
Solid tumor cancers: These develop in organs or tissues.
Despite the numerous types of cancer, they all share a common characteristic: the presence of abnormal cells.
Cancer can occur in any part of the body and is typically named according to its site of origin, regardless of whether it has metastasized.
Genetic alterations that can lead to cancer may result from various factors, including lifestyle choices, inherited genetic predispositions, and exposure to certain chemicals or radiation. Frequently, however, the exact cause remains elusive.

I encourage you to independently explore and gain a deeper understanding of cancer for yourself and for others. 🎗
