🎒💙 What an incredible day at the 15th Annual Henry County Parent Expo!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Communities In Schools of GA Communities In Schools Henry County and Henry County for inviting The Healing Closet Corp. to serve as a vendor and community partner. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many amazing families and organizations dedicated to helping students succeed this school year.

Because of your support, we were able to distribute 4️⃣0️⃣➕ fully stocked backpacks, along with pencil pouches, school supplies, and other essential back-to-school items to students in our community. Seeing the smiles on their faces is exactly why we do what we do. 💙

We also had an amazing time enjoying the incredible performance by the Luella High School band, meeting fellow vendors, and building new community connections that will help us continue delivering dignity through service.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, shared encouraging words, donated, volunteered, or simply learned more about our mission.

Together, we’re making a lasting impact—one family at a time. 🤞🏾💪🏾

🚨 EMERGENCY BACKPACK DRIVE 🚨

Our Back-to-School Bash is happening this Saturday, and we need your help.

We recently learned that one of our largest school supply donation drives won’t be ready until after our event. While we’re incredibly grateful for their support, it means we’re currently short on backpacks and school supplies for the children we plan to serve.

We don’t want a single child to leave without the supplies they need to start the school year with confidence.

Back-to-school season is here, and The Healing Closet Corp. is excited to invite you to our Back-to-School Bash on Saturday, July 18th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Jim Huie Recreation Center!

If you have school-aged children, come out and enjoy a morning filled with FREE school uniforms, backpacks, school supplies, giveaways, and community resources while supplies last!
