We still have plenty of spots open for both athletes and volunteers for our second AMTB ride of 2026!
All skill levels welcome from first time riders to experienced riders, we would love to see you all out on the trails with us.
All volunteers welcome to join! We will provide training on site if you are new to joining us. Just show up with your bike and smile ready to have a great time.

📢 Volunteers Need For Outreach Table March 14th 📢

Attention all Catalyst athletes, volunteers, and supporters we have a great outreach opportunity this Saturday at REI Knoxville (one of our partners). We will be setting up a table at there membership party, providing us a perfect opportunity to connect with our local outdoor community and share the work Catalyst does.
We are asking a couple of members from the to represent Catalyst! We will have plenty of outreach materials to hand out to the public & share our mission of inclusivity in adaptive sports. Whether you're an adaptive athlete, a Catalyst supporter, or a volunteer, this event promises a day of community. See you there!

🕚 Time: 10am - 4pm 2hr shift available with specific need for help with set up and break down (even if you can help for a few minutes we would love to have you)

Unfortunately due to the winter weather storm warning and to keep all our athletes and volunteers safe we have to cancel our AMTB ride that was planned for Saturday.
We hope everyone stays safe and warm this weekend and we can't wait to see you out on the trails next month!

In the meantime comment and let us know your favorite way to keep warm during these cold days.

We’re gearing up for our first adaptive mountain bike ride of 2026 and can’t wait to hit the trails together. Inclusive, supportive, and all about fun—everyone belongs on a bike. Note the new date for 2026 (the 4th Saturday of the month) and our new winter months afternoon start time.

We’re looking for Support Riders and Ride Helpers to assist our adaptive athletes on the trails.
