Gratitude in Action! 🙏

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we’ve packed two 55-gallon shipping barrels to the brim with love — filled with food, clothing, medical, and personal hygiene supplies for families in Sandside, Port Maria, St. Mary, Jamaica.

These donations, collected through our amazing partner Little But Tall, are on their way! 💙💚 The barrels are scheduled to arrive in about 2–3 weeks, while funds sent earlier this week have already reached our local partner on the ground, ensuring fast access to essential food and supplies.

What began as a call for help after Hurricane Melissa has turned into a wave of compassion and hope. Together, we are helping these families rebuild not just their homes, but their strength and faith.

“Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” — Matthew 25:40

From our hearts — thank you to every person who donated, shared, packed, and prayed.

Hurricane Melissa has had devastating impact in Sandside, Jamaica. Some families have lost their roofs, some their entire homes— and the families of Trinity Primary School need help right now.

We are packing and shipping emergency supplies on November 18, which means we have only a few days to gather food, clothing, and essentials. Items will be picked up by our local driver and delivered directly to administration at Trinity Primary School for proper distribution.

If you’ve ever felt moved to make a real difference in someone’s life, this is the moment.
Even one item or a small donation brings hope to a family that has lost everything. Donate physical items or money to help with shipping costs from the US to Kingston.

Urgent Call for Support: Hurricane Melissa Relief

Hurricane Melissa is expected to make direct landfall in Jamaica as a Category 5 storm within days. Our partner school — where we’ve provided scholarships and supplies for years — lies directly in the storm’s path.

We are urgently raising funds through The Thomas Mattadeen Foundation to assist families and students who will be affected by the imminent flooding and destruction.

Please keep the people of Jamaica in your prayers — that their strength, faith, and resilience carry them through, and that God, in His mercy, will weaken the storm.

Every donation, no matter the size, can bring relief and hope.
Donate today to help protect and rebuild lives.

This semester we delivered the first installment of the scholarship to the children of Trinity Primary School—providing them with their school books and notebooks. 📚✏️

We thank God for the blessing of being able to support these young learners. 🙏 And we’re excited to share that for the 2025–2026 school year, we are able to DOUBLE our scholarship!

This means funds will go even further—covering transportation, locally-sourced lunches, textbooks, and an addition to the school building that will allow for assemblies and expanded outdoor space.

THANK YOU to everyone who was able to contribute this year through financial donation and prayer. Please follow and 'like' this page to stay connected and find out how you can be involved!

I'm excited to share that we are continuing our sponsorship of Trinity Primary School through the TMF Scholarship Fund for the 2024/25 school year! Last year, your generous support made a HUGE impact, and I'm hoping we can do it again. If you can, please consider donating to help these amazing kids get the education they deserve. Every little bit helps. If you can't donate, sharing this post would be awesome and helpful too!
Oh, and this year we've added thank you gifts and donor-recognition at the school :-) Check it out!

Our visit to Trinity Primary School in Port Maria was memorable and inspiring. The students, teachers and staff showed us their heart for the school and their determination to be GREAT 🥰 Most students tell us their favorite subject is Mathematics.

The materials you have all helped us collect have been left in the care of Trinity’s amazing Principal, Ms. Alecia Black for distribution before the 2023/24 academic year. Donated money will be applied to designated student lunch accounts, and the uniform and bookstores.

Following meetings with Ms. Black and Trinity’s BACKBONE of teachers, we are excited to start working on new ideas for continued sponsorship in the future! 💚
