We still solicit donations from well wishers in completing the🕌 project as we now at the finishing stage and interior decorations with the necessary equipment required to complete this stage. The 40 days charity of our late father *ALHAGIE EBRIMA MASTER BADJIE* of Brikama Kabafita. Will take place this Sunday, the 19th of May, 2024.

*PLACE*: His former residence, Brikama Kabafita.

It is with sadness and deep regret for Kabafita United Diaspora Association to announce the passing of a great mentor, a leader, a source of inspiration and advice for KUDA and the general public at large in the person of Alh. Mr Ebou Badjie commonly known as Master Badjie, this sad event occurred on Wednesday 10th April 2024 at his residence in Brikama kabafita and he was laid to rest 11th April at the kabafita cemetery.
Master has been that towering tree whose shades can never fade. When you talk of kabafita primary school you talk of Master Badjie. When you talk of youth development and mentorship you talk of Master Badjie. When you talk of ward development you talk of Master Badjie. He was the go to man in terms of KUDA activities since the onset. The valuable insights he gave to this association can never be underestimated.
We at KUDA, Kabafita and Gambia at large are surely going to miss you. This loss is not only for Badjie K***a and kabafita but to the Gambia as a whole.
May Ya Allah grant you Jannatul firdaws and may the angels of peace be your companion. Rest in peace Master. Ameen

UPDATES

The public is here by inform that Kabafita United Diaspora Association (KUDA) has successfully held its virtual congress as stated in the constitution yesterday 31st July 2022.

The congress was well attended by the General membership in which a lot of important issues pertaining to the overall achievements, plan of action and the way forward for the association. Per the constitution a new executive committee was elected to replace the outgoing one who has already served there term.

We will take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the outgoing executive for there commitment and dedication during those trying and unpredictable times. There services were tremendous.

Also in thesame vein we welcome the newly elected executive under the leadership of President ABUBACARR BAH and wish them even more success in the coming 2 years.

Finally we wish to thank the General members of KUDA and our partners for their commitment and continuous support towards the people of Kabafita and this noble association.

*KABAFITA UNITED DIASPORA ASSOCIATION (*KUDA *)*members in the diaspora and at home are sad to announce the demise of our *President *ALHAGIE BABANDING TAAL* who passed away in Belgium on Friday 21st January 2022* . Funeral arrangements will be announced later. The entire KUDA Members are praying for him to be granted the highest level in Jannahtul firdous ,may his shortcomings be forgiven 🙏.
