Just because there aren’t many home games this February, doesn’t mean ARLBC members are taking time off! No better example of this than our membership committee, who this week got to deliver over 1200 valentines made by fans at the booster club table!! Then we all enjoyed the watch party they planned at and got to cheer on the Lobsters comeback win against Monroe! We want to give a huge shoutout to everyone who came by the booster club table last weekend to make valentines for the players! They will definitely have a lot of love coming their way before they travel to Monroe next weekend! If you missed us, the booster club table will be outside section 114 the rest of the season. Make sure to stop by for more information on the club, our initiatives, and maybe some more fun engagement opportunities!

One of the biggest responsibilities that the ARLBC takes on is providing post game meals for players and coaches from both teams after each home game! Members volunteer for a date by themselves or team up with another member to provide food for 50 players/coaches. They also stay after the game to help set up, serve and clean up the food. If this sounds like something you’re interested in doing, you can learn more about becoming a member at ARLBC.org!

Members: We still have January 23rd and 30th open for volunteers. That’s your last chance to get in on feeding the team until playoffs!

Don’t forgot to go see the Rock Lobster players at Jimmy John’s in Athens tonight! Members, we’ll see you on January 20th for our general membership meeting, with our meetings returning to the second Tuesday starting in February!

One question we get all the time: We aren’t sure if we want to join the booster club just yet but we still want to help the boys. Is there any way that we can do that?

The answer is, YES! The booster club has set up ways for you to be able to support the ARL players even without joining. One of the best ways to do that is through their Amazon wish list!
