Just a quick share for our neighbors! This will be a great event next weekend! Unfortunately we don't get to attend this year, but we have in the past and it's truly amazing to see the amount of people that come out for this. All auction proceeds go straight to the local Idaho Veterans Assistance League here in the valley. What a great thing! 🇺🇸

Happy Saturday everyone!

We wanted to share a quick update regarding the therapeutic riding course that Matthew and Joey were planning on attending later this month. We've just been notified of a change of plans as our class was canceled. HOWEVER! The next class will accommodate us and already has more students registered. With this there is a change in both date and venue. The clinic has now been moved to December and will be taking place in Arizona! Looks like we get to enjoy being snowbirds for a couple of weeks this winter, which is an unexpected and exciting twist!

Joey will stay behind this time, as a generous helper has volunteered to find a horse for Matthew to use at the clinic. This thoughtful gesture will make things much easier logistically and will help us save significantly on expenses.

Thank you all for your support and enthusiasm as we adjust to these new plans. We're looking forward to the adventure and will keep you posted with more updates as December approaches!

Donations to pay for course materials and the registration fees we've submitted are still very much appreciated.

Thank you again for supporting veterans! 🇺🇸

We have some exciting news to share! 🗣️

Matthew has registered for a two week course to be able to bring MORE skill, MORE flexibility, MORE service, MORE therapy to our area veterans.
He will be attending the Lyons Legacy Therapeutic Riding and Horsemanship Program class in Fountain, Colorado.

What this does for Benevolent Warrior Ranch is sets Matthew up to advance within the Equine Assisted Services community and to offer preparation for national certification as a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor.

With this trip comes some expenses that we need some assistance with. If you or your business are interested in offering a sponsorship or any support, please reach out to Emily, Matthew or Lacy, or you can make direct online donations to the website. Benevolentwarriorranch.org

Matthew will be taking his trusty steed Joey with him for this course. 🐴✌️

Please help us in reaching our $10,000 goal to get them to Colorado.

Thank you!

It was a great day for a ride! Thank you Matthew and Lacy for having me today!

Get to know our girl Tink and best equine friend!

Registered American Quarter Horse mare “Miss Tinky Venture” was generously donated to the Benevolent Warrior Ranch in 2019 by a local community member who saw her potential for helping veterans in need of equine assisted therapy. Her barn-name is “Tink,” and she is kind and patient with everyone she interacts with. Her sweet disposition and willingness to work makes her the perfect horse for beginning riders as well as advanced horseman.
