Swimming lessons will be available here at the Wellness Center AUGUST 3-6 (Mon-Thurs)! We have 6 session slots available for this week. These will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Payment must be made within one week of booking to hold your session slot.

💥Empower Yourself Life Skills Camp💥
Presented by the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH).

Give your teen the tools they need to start the school year with confidence! This FREE one-day workshop is designed for youth ages 12–14 and focuses on building skills that will last a lifetime.

✅ Communication Skills
✅ Healthy Decision Making
✅ Setting Future Goals
✅ Self-Awareness and Awareness of Others

🎁 Incentives and Door Prizes will be available!
