🚨Breaking: The Kentucky legislature just overrode Governor Andy Beshear's veto of SB 77, which will allow public-private partnerships between drug developers and the state Department of Agriculture. The bill appropriates $21 million from the op1o1d abatement trust fund to develop the ib0ga1ne research and intellectual property development fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 and 2027-2028.
