We very often feel like healing ❤️‍🩹 from traumas, old stories, limiting beliefs, fears and doubts is a long, painful process. So many of us see it as impossible to let go of the things that keep us bound in a life that is too small for us. Let me tell you…that is just another thought that we’ve convinced ourself is true but it’s not lie.

Healing can be fast. Healing can be simple. So what does healing look like? Healing can literally be writing a new story. Healing can be smiling when it feels like the world is falling apart around you. Healing can be committing to rituals. Healing can be just deciding that you will no longer be negatively impacted by things that no longer serve you. Healing is allowing versions of you that are no longer serving you to die; to fall away in order to make space for the new version.

Bottom line, Love… you do not wear shoes that are too small. So why are you existing in a life that is too small? That is uncomfortable to the point of pain. Join me in my Pain to Power Masterclass and let’s begin clearing the path to freedom. The 🔗 to join is in my bio. Happy Wednesday! 🦋 🦋
