Summer is approaching and I will be dedicating two days a week in the southern region for training. Everyone has been reaching out to me, so I encourage you to join me at Sycamore Park at 11 am for a group session with a fee of $25 for groups of 5 or more. Alternatively, you can schedule a personal training session with me from 1 pm to 4 pm for $45 per person.
