Big, big, big congratulations to our Boys Under 12 team coached by Coach John Noon and Coach Garth Collins on their Fall 2018 Championship. They edged out ASA by a point in the standings thanks to a 3-2 win over ASA under the lights (and mud/rain) on October 23rd. The boys finished with a record of 8-1 in a difficult division. So proud of the boys and coaches. Way to go Cougars!!!!!

Cape flag football has some spots open for this season . Ages 4-6 year old boys and girls . One practice per week once school starts and one weeknight game per week.
$80.00 registration fee includes uniform and mouth guard.
You can walk up register Bay Head Park Monday - Thursday 6:00 to 7:30 pm until teams are full ( practice nights weather permitting)

Evaluations next Monday August 6th.

All walk ups are money order or cash.

We also have spots for 4-6 year old Flag still available.

You can walk up register next week , Monday through Thursday at Bay Head park from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Walk ups are money order or cash only no credit cards or personal checks . NO late fees for these age groups only until full.
