Our mission is to equip individuals and families with the education, counseling, and tools needed to build financial resilience and achieve safe, stable, and sustainable housing. This project is designed to help individuals increase their credit scores, making them better qualified for a home mortgage! HREBA has been

instrumental in the community by participating and conducting Home buyer Workshops to low and moderate income families in Tarrant County Schools. We continue this effort on a quarterly basis with great success. Each month, HREBA conducts a luncheon to bring the membership and other attendees together to learn about products, services, initiatives, and other important information within the County. The goal is that attendees use the information they learn to inform and educate members of the community we serve. To provide scholarships for local students to help increase College graduates in the community. HREBA’s goal is to partner with other non-profit organizations in meeting its vision. We know that there is greatness in numbers and strive to make an impression within the community using its volunteer members. To partner with other agencies, associations and groups having similar or related purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. HREBA's Equity Statement: As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, we recognize diversity, equity, and inclusion as an essential cornerstone in the successful execution of our mission. Yesterday's HREBA luncheon was filled with valuable insights and great conversations!

A huge thank you to our guest speaker, JR Martinez, Director for the National Association of Realtors, for sharing his perspective on what's ahead in the real estate industry. From market trends to the importance of staying informed and adapting to change, it was a presentation that left us with plenty of takeaways.

What an incredible HREBA Luncheon!

This past Wednesday, we had the privilege of hearing from the City of Arlington's Grants Manager, who shared valuable insights from Arlington's upcoming 2025–2029 Housing Needs Assessment.

The discussion sparked meaningful conversations around the housing challenges, opportunities, and priorities that will shape our community over the next five years. From housing affordability and community development to future growth initiatives, attendees walked away with information that directly impacts the work we do as real estate and housing professionals.

One of the things I love most about HREBA is that our luncheons are more than just networking events they're opportunities to stay informed, build relationships, and gain knowledge that helps us better serve our clients and community.
