🌱 Someone planted a seed in you. Who are you planting one in?
We’ve been thinking a lot about legacy lately. We often think of legacy as the things we leave behind—our accomplishments, titles, awards, or achievements.
But maybe legacy is something much simpler. Legacy is what we plant in other people. Someone took the time to mentor you. Someone opened a door, made an introduction, offered advice, or believed in you before you completely believed in yourself.
They planted a seed. And sometimes, they never get to see how much that seed grows. But you grow. You lead. And hopefully, you turn around and invest in someone else. That continuous cycle of mentorship and leadership is at the heart of this year’s 19th Annual PPALM Dinner: 🌱 THE LEGACY WE PLANT
Mentoring Today, Growing Leaders for Generations.
At a time when so much around us keeps changing, we need community. We need connection. We need mentors. And we need people willing to reach back and help the next person forward. Because leadership isn’t just about how far we go—it’s about who we bring with us.
Join us October 11 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott as we celebrate the people who planted before us and continue investing in those who will lead after us.
