This , join us in transforming lives!

Since 2018, Free Flow has collected and distributed over 70,000 period products to women and girls across 8 countries and 4 continents. We believe that every woman deserves dignity, especially in times of crisis. Whether it’s natural disasters or students in need, we step in where menstrual hygiene is often overlooked.

Our mission is simple:
1. Advocate for women and girls.
2. Educate about menstrual hygiene issues.
3. Eradicate the stigma around periods.

This , we’re aiming to raise $2,500 to continue this important work. Every donation helps ensure period products are part of relief efforts and support students through our “Period Supplies Are School Supplies” campaign.

It’s Friday and we’re back with our final black owned business of the month highlight!

That amazing company is Ruby Love ( ) !!

Established in 2015, founder and CEO Crystal Etienne ( ) had turned Ruby Love into a 25 million dollar business in just 5 years and she has continued to break the glass ceiling! Just like many of the women we’ve highlighted this month. Crystal saw a need and created a solution. Frustrated by the lack of information, resources and particular products in the industry, Crystal was motivated to create Ruby Love.

Ruby Love offers a variety of Feminine care products and apparel. You read right ..Apparel!! Ranging from sleepwear, swimwear, active wear and period proof underwear.

With Ruby Love, a period isn’t stopping us from being comfortable and enjoying life.

What make this company unique? Ruby Love offers a Period Kit for teens, with the option to have it shipped monthly! As a woman myself, I can attest that I would’ve greatly appreciated and benefited from a monthly period kit as a teenager. Each kit has a monthly theme and the girls get to choose 3- 4 items those items include but are not limited to swimwear, period proof teen underwear, feminine wipes, and double-sided pads just to name a few.

Hello Loves!

It’s Friday and we’re back with another highlight!!

Today we’re highlighting .co , a black owned company that provides beauty, cosmetic and personal care products.

Based in Seattle Washington, Moozii was birthed during a time when the world seemed to be at a standstill, the Covid Pandemic.

Founded by Ceo & Founder Tiffany Johnson, a Lifestyle Blogger, Wife, Daughter & Sister, Tiffany saw a need in the menstrual space and created a solution. During a 2020 interview Tiffany stated, “I created Moozii because I was underwhelmed with the lack of access and awareness of sustainable and safe Feminine care & Wellness products for Women of color.”

So why do we love Moozii?

It’s simple, because they offer accessible, affordable and sustainable feminine care products. Their products include period underwear, menstrual cups and organic reusable pads just to name a few.

To get more information on this amazing company check them out on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/moozii.co/ and their website https://moozii.co/

Thanks for stopping by and we’ll see you next Friday!!

With Love, K. Steward

Friends of Free Flow, we are coming to you with our first Black Women led business/organization doing important, impactful work in the menstrual space.

First up, we are super excited to highlight Dr. Charis Chambers aka, The Period Doctor (). Dr. Chambers was born in Nashville, Tennessee and is an OB/GYN with fellowship training in Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology. A proud graduate of Spelman College and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., we fell in love with Dr. Chambers via her social media platform, The Period Doctor, where she provides education on poorly understood womens health topics and debunks common myths and misconceptions.

What makes this brand unique? As the Period Doctor, Dr. Chambers recognizes an unmet need in womens health and wellness. Often times the lack of diversity in the medical space creates physicians who lack the cultural competence, that is not only necessary, but often times, a critical component to best care practices for women of color. We are so grateful for the work that Dr. Chambers does as an expert in this field, and for the representation she provides! After all knowledge is power!

You can follow Dr. Chambers at or visit her website www.theperioddoctor.com
