Starting this Saturday, May 16, the Arlington Ridge Road/Mount Vernon Avenue Bridge over Four Mile Run will close from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, until Saturday, May 23.

Metrobus A11 and A12 will detour via West Glebe Road.

This operation is to allow crews to crane in and install five steel beams as part of the bridge reconstruction project. Please plan ahead and find other routes to travel through the area.

Code Ninjas Alexandria has been selected to host a casting call for the Netflix children's competition series "Schooled," created by former NASA engineer Mark Rober.
