On yesterday, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority,οΏΌ Incorporated- Beta Alpha Phi Zeta Chapter had our very FIRST scholarship and awards luncheon. We announced our two Finer Way Forward scholarship recipients, as well as five outstanding Women in Action from Southeast Arkansas. We want to thank all who supported the luncheon! A special thank you to our caterer and music duo, Raven and William Bunch, our Delta friend Stephanie Wilson Smith, our brother Anthony Jackson for those warm greetings, Mrs. Sherrie Gillespie, and to our dynamic speaker, Ms. LaTaaka Harvey.

Christmas Morning went a little something like this… The Bold Beta Alpha Phi Zeta Chapter if Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated shared a little time on Christmas delivering donated fleece blankets to residents and provided lunch for the staff at The Woods Rehabilitation Center. Spending time with the residents and staff on Christmas had become a yearly tradition for our chapter. Because of all the donations we received, we surpassed our goal of 150 blankets and will be able to distribute to more Southeast Arkansas counties. Thank you to each and everyone who donated blankets to us! We appreciate your support. πŸ’™

This Saturday evening, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated- Beta Alpha Phi Zeta Chapter spent time preparing and delivering a warm Thanksgiving meal to the senior residents of Heritage Manor in McGehee and Dermott, Arkansas. Along with the meal, we hosted a Winter Safety Forum to help residents get ready for the cold months ahead.

We were truly honored and excited to share food, fellowship, and valuable resources with our seniors. Serving our communities is at the heart of what we doβ€”and nights like this remind us why Z-HOPE continues to make an impact across Southeast Arkansas.
