Pack 137 kicked our year off right! 🏃‍♂️📚😁

After a fun summer, it was great to get back to our meetings! We have quite a few new scouts this year too! Pack 137 works hard & plays hard! 🤘🏼

Scouts had a share time where they got to know each other better. Huge thank you to Mr. Tim for helping our scouts learn more about each other!

Mrs. Betsy & Mrs. Erin led Scout Sign, Scout Salute, and Scout Handshake relay races and rock, paper, scout sign/salute! The kids got really competitive and had fun practicing their trademarks!

Mrs. Reanna and Mr. Dean had a challenge station where scouts had to build legos labeled with the Scout Oath & Scout Law! Our younger scouts got to build and learn what each word meant while our older scouts were timed to see who could arrange them in order the quickest.

Pack 137 is movin’ & groovin’ already this year! Follow along to see what we’re up to next! 😁🇺🇸😎

Our end of the year ceremony was one for the books! Pack 137 held a swim party at the Virginia Pool. Scouts earned their loops and pins and ranked up. Extra special this year, we had TWO scouts cross over! We also had two new members join us and meet their new pack mates! This really is a great group of kids and it’s always a great day to be a scout!

Preparing for our rank up/end of year party tomorrow and I have so many thoughts. Saying “goodbye” to a year full of fun and growth is bittersweet. This year was full of fun, learning, growth, exploration, and so much more. We have a wide variety of scouts but they all connect and depend on each other when we’re together.

Scouting is for EVERYONE. Scouting is a place to build life skills in an engaging environment along side your peers. Scouting can be done in conjunction with sports, church, and other various activities. Scouting builds confidence and builds future leaders.

It’s been a privilege to watch these kids grow and I’m very excited for the upcoming year! Thank you for your support this past year as that is what keeps our organization THRIVING!

Stay tuned for recruiting events for our upcoming year! Reach out any time with questions! Our pack has a spot for you!

Cub Scouts Pack 137 teamed up with Girl Scouts Troop # 6255 to help clean up trash at the Triopia JFL fields today. Yesterday JFL hosted a Jamboree with multiple schools. Our community continuously supports both our Boy and Girl Scouts programs so it’s an honor to continue serving our community! 💙🚮 The official Scout Slogan is, “Do a good turn daily”. 🇺🇸💙
