Our end of the year ceremony was one for the books! Pack 137 held a swim party at the Virginia Pool. Scouts earned their loops and pins and ranked up. Extra special this year, we had TWO scouts cross over! We also had two new members join us and meet their new pack mates! This really is a great group of kids and it’s always a great day to be a scout!

Preparing for our rank up/end of year party tomorrow and I have so many thoughts. Saying “goodbye” to a year full of fun and growth is bittersweet. This year was full of fun, learning, growth, exploration, and so much more. We have a wide variety of scouts but they all connect and depend on each other when we’re together.

Scouting is for EVERYONE. Scouting is a place to build life skills in an engaging environment along side your peers. Scouting can be done in conjunction with sports, church, and other various activities. Scouting builds confidence and builds future leaders.

It’s been a privilege to watch these kids grow and I’m very excited for the upcoming year! Thank you for your support this past year as that is what keeps our organization THRIVING!

These children are the future of our communities and your support matters. Thank you for showing up, cheering for them, and supporting them in any capacity!

Cub Scouts Pack 137 teamed up with Girl Scouts Troop # 6255 to help clean up trash at the Triopia JFL fields today. Yesterday JFL hosted a Jamboree with multiple schools. Our community continuously supports both our Boy and Girl Scouts programs so it’s an honor to continue serving our community! 💙🚮 The official Scout Slogan is, “Do a good turn daily”. 🇺🇸💙

Scouting isn’t just about camping. We also teach life lessons. ❤️🤍💙

Last night our Pack had the honor of retiring American Flags. Pack dads, Noah, an Air Force veteran and Luke, a current member of the National Guard gave a great presentation on raising, lowing, folding, and retiring flags. Our scouts showed their respect as we watched the colors burn in remembrance of everyone who has or is currently serving our country. It’s a privilege to have such a wonderful group of scouts! Thank you to everyone who gave us their worn flags. Each scout was able to retire a flag. 🇺🇸
