If you dolls and gentlemen didnt know what this represents I want to share with you a bit of inspiration I have had in my life...
My little brother had been diagnosed with cancer at 16 and I got this tattoo for him because he was SO POSITIVE throughout his treatment and said to me he was going to rise above and race again that Cancer couldnt stop him. This number is his racing number, so whenever I see it I am reminded of his strength and positive outlook to "Rise Above" and not allow the situation to bring him down. I love you Joe Joe! You still are my inspiration!
