Got a favorite restaurant (chain) and no matter where you go, you know how good and the same it’s going to be? I do and here’s a thought about you and I who are in Christ.

Can I pray for you today?

Salt- draws flavor out. May we in Christ be the ‘good salt’ and draw the best out in others. One way to do this is through encouragement!

“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.”

Before my first high school football game, many years ago my coach gave this in his pregame speech and he was right. Time passes quickly! Live well, glorify God and know and be known by Christ personally AND one day I hope we all will hear “well done My good and faithful servant.”!

A bit windy today, but the exact place where the Lord did a mighty work in (and for) my life years ago! Christ still can and does calm the waters when we need Him to!

“Then His disciples came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!”
But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.
So the men marveled, saying, “Who can this be, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?””

Christ is the Good Shepherd in whom we can trust! We, His sheep, know His voice. We should also read our Bibles to know His Word.
