Heart of the Lakes SUP Grab a board and gather! The group was founded by Annandale area community members with a passion for flatwater paddling.

Heart of the Lakes SUP is a group of Stand Up Paddlers with varying degrees of paddling abilities that gather on a regular basis (2nd and 4th Monday nights @ 6pm) to playfully paddle the Annandale area lakes. Several area boarders own their own boards and use them for everything from cruising, racing and even yoga. While others that join the group rent boards from one of Annandale's businesses, An

chor, Dock and Lift. Anchor, Dock and Lift have a variety of boards and are wonderfully helpful and supportive of the Heart of the Lakes SUP!
