We are now looking for passionate high school students who would like to be a Student Ambassador for our organization!

If chosen to be an Ambassador, at the end of the spring semester (approximately from January 21st, 2025 to June 23rd, 2025) you will receive a leadership certificate and record of volunteer hours.

Our trash clean up event was a major success! We couldn’t have done it without the support of these amazing people:

IMG Academy, USF Pi Delta Psi, and LECOM thank you for providing 40+ volunteers

Florida Trailer Supply (Trailer Rentals of Manatee) for supplying a 6x12 trailer which helped us accomplish so much more. And Rory Bisignano for coming all the way from Ocala to tow the trailer

Thank you to Manatee County, Florida Government for allowing us to setup our check-in tent

And thank you to City of Holmes Beach and Keep Manatee Beautiful for your support and help as well!

For this event we will be picking up trash throughout Anna Maria Island on November 22nd, 10am-1pm. Volunteers will be divided into groups and each assigned a specific route on the island. They will caravan behind utility trailers, stopping to load debris piles along the way, and transporting it to the dump. Coastal Guardians Alliance is stepping up to help Anna Maria Island residents and business owners recover from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We will be matching volunteers with those in need of assistance. From interior and exterior cleaning to yard work and painting, there are many ways you can make a difference!
