What if the way forward isn’t trying harder, but learning to relate to yourself differently?

This fall, we're grateful to offer two evidence-based mindfulness programs designed to support greater awareness, resilience, and well-being.

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) - Sometimes awareness alone isn’t enough. We also need to learn how to meet ourselves with kindness when life is difficult. MSC combines mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help reduce self-criticism, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop a more supportive relationship with ourselves.

✨ Fall MSC begins September 28
✨ Complimentary Orientation: September 14 at 6:30 p.m. ET
✨ Online via Zoom
✨ Sliding-scale tuition: $220–$430
✨ 20 CE credits for social workers

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) - MBSR is an 8-week, trauma-sensitive program that helps us become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, body, and habitual reactions, so we can learn to respond to life with greater clarity rather than automatically reacting to stress.

✨ Fall MBSR begins September 30
✨ Complimentary required Orientation: September 16 at 6:30 p.m. ET
✨ Online via Zoom
✨ Sliding-scale tuition: $220–$430
✨ 22 CE credits for social workers

Both programs offer an opportunity to pause, notice our patterns, and practice responding to ourselves and our lives in new ways.

If you’ve been thinking about developing a mindfulness practice, or deepening the one you already have, we'd love for you to join us.
