Join us Saturday, May 9, 2026 | 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in Ann Arbor for a nourishing day of learning, reflection, and practice with nationally recognized Dr. Sydney Spears, PhD, LCSW and Dr. Tracy Ochester, PsyD.
Together we’ll explore mindfulness and compassion practices that support resilience, empathy, emotional regulation, and connection especially in challenging times.
