Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness

Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness We provide mindfulness classes, drop-in meditation sessions, workshops, and presentations that are open to the general community.

The Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness (AACFM) cultivates and supports mindfulness to promote health and well-being in communities by offering classes, retreats, events, and scholarships to aspiring mindfulness teachers from underrepresented communities. We also provide these for organizations, including businesses, associations, and educational institutions. Do check out our website for more details on who we are and what we do.
