The great news: Hastings is being discharged and heading home. 🙏
After a scary medical emergency and intensive treatment, he’s now stable, on antibiotics, and ready to continue healing at home.

💙 Prayer Request for Hastings 💙

Streaker family, we are asking for prayers once again for sweet Hastings and his family. He is being life-lined to Riley with a fever that will not come down and a heart rate staying in the 200s. Doctors are still searching for answers.

Please join us in praying that the medical team can quickly identify what’s going on and begin effective treatment, and that Hastings feels comfort, strength, and peace during this incredibly scary time. Please also keep his parents and caregivers in your prayers as they walk through this moment. 🙏💙

💗 Gina Update – Surgery Complete, Prayers Still Needed 💗

We are grateful to share an important update on Gina.

Her heart transplant surgery is complete, and the medical team has shared very encouraging news. The doctors are optimistic about the outcome of the surgery and about Gina’s future. This is a huge milestone and something many have been praying and hoping for.

While there is relief and thankfulness that the surgery itself is behind her, the doctors were very clear that the next 24 hours are critical. Gina is being monitored extremely closely as her body begins to accept her new heart. These hours truly matter, and this is a time when continued prayers are incredibly important.

The family has expressed just how much the prayers, messages, and support from the Holiday Streakers community have meant to them. Please know that your prayers are felt, deeply appreciated, and still very much needed.

We continue to lift up Gina, her husband Kevin, their children, the dedicated medical team caring for her, and the donor and donor’s family, whose unimaginable loss made this miracle possible.

💗 Gina Update – Please Keep the Prayers Coming 💗

Today is the day.

We wanted to share an important update on our Holiday Streakers family member, Gina. She is currently in surgery receiving a new heart. Surgery began at 12:30 PM and is expected to last 8–10 hours.

After weather delays and many unknowns, the donor heart arrived safely and this long-awaited surgery is now underway. This moment is filled with hope, gratitude, and humility.

Please continue to lift up Gina, her husband Kevin, their children, and the incredible medical team guiding her through this procedure. We also hold deep space in our hearts for the donor and the donor’s family, whose unimaginable loss is giving Gina a second chance at life.

If you are the praying type, now is the time. If you send positive thoughts, please send them generously. Gina has a long road ahead, but today represents a true miracle.
