Well, the shoe drive is complete! A moving truck hauled away from my garage 91 bags (that’s 2,275 pairs!) of shoes Saturday afternoon. Huge thanks to all who donated shoes!! This will earn our cubscouts a nice check to fund their activities, plus it will help many people in need overseas. If you have more shoes trickle in over the next week or two, I will still take them. We’ll be having a second pickup when the truck is in our area again.
