I want to reach out and thank everybody who stopped by to leave comments pictures and kind words 🥰😭💗
I look back with bitter sweet thoughts and think about all of the highs and lows in rescue.
I would not trade a day even during the hardest moments.Rescue work is such a sacrifice but you get so much in return
as evidenced by all of these sweet pictures and comments. Lately I've been feeling guilty that I did not have the capacity to keep moving forward , The past 3 years have been exceptionally difficult. The last 2 years going through a divorce and catching covid pretty much wiped me out.
Please continue to support your local rescue and adopt or foster if you😭. It's not a good feeling knowing that I can't do what I used to do, But we can all do something can't we?

Awe!!

What a wonderful update - Meatball's family celebrating his 3rd birthday - this dog went from injured scared and alone on the euthanasia list at the pound to healthy and HAPPY and LOVED - so heartwarming!

Hi friends and adoption family. Sadly we are closing but will keep networking dogs (and sometimes pigs lol) After 10 beautiful bittersweet years and a lot of time and money spent I have returned to a career helping people which consumes my time and energy.

With this said, I am networking a little fearful 11 pound 2 yr old female terrier for a prior adopter. With good intentions she took her from an unwanted litter however the 2 females started fighting in the home and the owner was severly bit requiring a skin graft. This bite was NOT intentional.

Muffin is fully vetted including microchip. She is best as an only dog or quiet male non reactive dog. A home visit will be required.

Anyone have the 💗 to take in this absolutely adorable still fiesty 14 yr young Yorkie mix? He was surrendered by his owners in Mexico as they were longer able to care for him.

Charlie is fully vetted including labwork, xrays.
He will require thyroid meds (inexpensive) He does not like big dogs and no toddlers please.
Charlie is housebroken, doggy door trained and loves to go for walks and ride in the car.
