SAVE THE DATE! Montgomery County residents can drop off car and light truck tires (no rims, clean only) on October 3 at the Western Transfer Station, 4583 State Hwy 5S, Sprakers from 8 to 10 a.m.

Last Monday, we welcomed 4-H to the Wall St. Community Garden for a hands-on workshop on composting with food scraps. We had the best time! I was so impressed by their eagerness to learn, explore, and get involved. 🌱♻️

Teaching young people how composting helps reduce waste, enrich the soil, and care for our environment is so important for building a healthier and more sustainable community. It was wonderful to see their curiosity and excitement about protecting the Earth.
