CONGRATULATORY AND ANNOUNCEMENT.

1. First and foremost, let's me commence by taking this opportunity to congratulate the new chairman of Fangak County Community Development Association (FcCdA) mr. Gatluak Riek Mayian Nguol. Gatluak was elected as a new chairman of (FcCdA) in America on May, due to the Covid-19, he was confirmed on July 4th. Gatluak is a good young sagacious leader. Fangak County Community Development Association (FcCdA) made a good choice elected him in a right time. The Community needs a energetic leader like Gatluak. We know that without doubt he will do the job. You will do well in office. The whole entry Community is behind you (Kuar). Again, congratulation.

I would like to take this golden opportunity to say "THANK YOU" to Fangak County Community Development Association (FcCdA) for the opportunity they had given me for the last four (4) years servicing you as your leader. Its has been a learning experience for me. With the support you had given me I had gained full energy and confidence to finished all my terms successfully without fear or worried or anythings. There were a a proverb Nuer used to said.
"Ci la wa ni puony kor, la wa na loc kor". That was exactly what this Community does for all these years. With the numbers of the Community members we got. Its was the hearts and the commitments, confidence we have for one's anothers that made us do all the successful things to our beloved Community. All I can say is "THANK YOU" for the opportunity you have given me.

3. I would like to take this opportunity again to thank my cabinet I have had worked for the past four (4) years. Without them my terms would have been hard for me, but they made it easier for me. I called and messaged them days and nights and they never once ignored my calls and messages. I would like to remind our Community members around the world who they are again.
