Since 2009, Angels Among Us Pet Rescue has saved 23,000+ dogs and cats across Georgia, rescuing homeless pets from shelters and at-risk situations until they find loving forever homes.

Eleven young Yorkies recently became Angels! They are estimated to be around 1–5 years old and came from a home with many other Yorkies. We’re grateful their owner trusted us to help.

They are just beginning to arrive at our partner veterinary hospitals, where each dog will receive a full examination and the care needed to prepare for adoption. So far, all 11 will eventually need to be spayed or neutered.

We’re still evaluating them, so they are not available for adoption and we are not accepting applications for them yet. Please watch our website and our social media pages for updates. Once they are ready, their individual profiles will be posted on our website.

We’re also hoping to take in more from this same situation, but we’ll need loving, patient foster homes to make that possible. If you can foster, please apply at angelsrescue.org/foster . Donations toward the veterinary care of this group will help us care for the 11 already here and be ready if we’re given the opportunity to welcome more.

Did you know???

Angels Among Us Pet Rescue has a cat habitat at the Petco in Sandy Springs. You can stop by the store anytime during open hours to see a few of our adoptable kitties.

We also are always in need of volunteers to visit each day to give our kitties attention and care.

This week, Sweet Potato, Haaland, Harry Kane and Saliba are hanging out at the habitat, just waiting for their person to stop by and fall in love.

Meet the newest, and cutest little family to blast into Angels Among Us...The Jetsons!

We couldn't be more thrilled to save this family from the shelter. Did you know we have a saying within Angels Among Us Pet Resue?

WE DON'T LEAVE FAMILY BEHIND!

We could not have saved this family without our amazing fosters who stepped up to provide safe and loving homes, and a soft place to land.

Of course, we absolutley cannot save a family of five without donations. Each healthy dog or puppy costs approximately $300-$500 each for general care, vaccinations, heartworm and flea prevents, PLUS, spay/neuter.

Please donate if you can, and share far and wide so they can have an out of this world future!
