The section of Cattail Trail that had the washout has been fixed and is now open.

The Cattail Trail from 8th Street (Rabbit Trail) west to Almena is closed until further notice. The blacktop hill by the Hay River bridge washed out.

There are numerous little washouts on the trail. Use caution and remember the speed limit is 25 mph!

Use road routes to get around the closed sections. If the gate is closed, the trail is closed.

Due to the extreme heat warning, the monthly ride for this Wednesday has been canceled!

We will try again next month on Wednesday, August 19.
