Michigan Outdoor Wishmakers was created in 2019 by a group of guys who wanted to make outdoor dreams

Michigan Outdoor Wishmakers’ mission is to make hunting and fishing adventures possible for children, young adults, and veterans that struggle with illness and/or disabilities. We have a strong passion for the outdoors and want to share that passion with those who have not had the opportunity and/or ability to experience the outdoors in the way others do. Michigan Outdoor Wishmakers is a “CAN DO” group that will do everything in our power to fulfill these outdoor dreams!

We got together today with most of the people from the 2024 season hunters. It was so nice to give them their mounts and watch the season video. So many great memories and friends from those adventures. Thank you DeWitt family for letting us host at your beautiful facility again this year!

We finally got to meet Kim Bryce and her family in person today!! Kim’s husband Dennis passed away unexpectedly and she and her family have held a co****le tournament the last two years in his memory. We have been chosen again this year to receive money from their event to support our mission. Dennis was a big outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting. We enjoyed meets his friends and family today and hearing the stories they shared. Thank you to Kim and the rest of the Bryce family!!!

It brings us so much joy to reconnect with our family members from past hunts! This week we got to catch up with Nick Koulcher and Mike Mennes and get them their 2024 season elk mounts. We will never forget this hunt as it was our first elk hunt and these guy’s stories really touched our hearts. Congratulations gentlemen!!

We were so happy to give Jodi Slinkard her 2025 season elk mount this week. We had an amazing hunt with Jodi and Jacob Reese last December. Jodi harvested this impressive bull!!
