💚 World Mental Health Day | October 10th 💚

Today, the Cenla Phi Mu Alumnae Chapter joins others around the world in recognizing World Mental Health Day! 🌎

Mental health matters, and so does the way we support one another. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes the smallest acts of kindness, a simple check-in, a listening ear, or a few encouraging words can make the biggest difference. 💕

As Phi Mu women, we believe in the importance of love, honor, and truth. Part of living out those values means showing compassion, supporting one another, and reminding those around us that they are never alone.

🌸 Check on your sisters. Be kind to yourself. Give yourself grace. And never be afraid to ask for help.

Today and every day, let’s continue breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

💗 Because sisterhood is more than a bond. It’s showing up for one another, especially when it matters most.
