Entrepreneurs' Organization

Entrepreneurs' Organization We are the world’s largest and most diverse membership network exclusively by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs, everywhere. What makes our community special?

Entrepreneurs shape the future, sparking innovation, creating jobs, empowering dreams. We believe in challenging the status quo and finding solutions, one business at a time. While that journey can bring influence, recognition, and personal reward, it can also be arduous and lonely. Mindful of the unique pressures and isolation experienced along many an entrepreneur’s path, in 1987, a group of you

ng pioneers designed a solution: a membership community dedicated exclusively by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs who have a proven record of success. Soon, that collective grew from a few hundred to many thousands, evolving into the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Today, EO welcomes entrepreneurs everywhere, connecting 18,000 of the world’s leading entrepreneurs from every sector, generation, culture, and walk of life across 80+ countries worldwide. We create belonging, forge connections, exchange diverse perspectives, and share extraordinary experiences, all year long. In a word: connection. With EO, we go beyond the business to the whole entrepreneur, gaining insights that we pass on to our families and work teams. We recognize the interconnectedness of our success and learn to balance individual achievements with collective impacts. By gathering locally and connecting globally – in chapters, in regions, as one borderless community – we experience a 360-degree entrepreneurial journey that unlocks more of our full potential. As members of EO’s local and global communities, we belong, so we can become even more. Join EO and engage in a diverse collective that is always learning, always growing, and thinking big while being bold. Together, we will move the world forward. http://www.eonetwork.org/

Learn from one of the best! In a fireside chat at a recent EO Rise event hosted by EO Los Angeles, renowned entrepreneur and investor Mark Cuban shared hard-earned lessons on leadership, innovation, and growth with more than 400 EO members in attendance.

He challenged the entrepreneurs in the room, who represented 19 chapters from around the globe, to view AI as a tool that accelerates learning rather than a mere shortcut to automate processes and take shortcuts. "There are two types of people when it comes to AI,” he says. “People who want to use it so they do not have to think or learn anything, and people who want to use it so they can learn everything.”

From building trust with customers to creating alignment with your team that reduces friction, Mark offers a practical roadmap for entrepreneurs navigating an increasingly complex business landscape. See what other insights he shared during the conversation here: https://eonetwork.org/blog/mark-cuban-on-trust-ai-and-entrepreneurship-5-lessons-for-founders/

Here's a hard truth from Marsha Ralls, EO LAC Bridge member and founder of Phoenix Asheville: your biggest bottleneck is not capital, the market, or your competition. It is your brain.

Marsha calls the brain the most expensive piece of technology a company owns, yet most leaders run it at 100 percent capacity until it crashes. In her new Inc. article, she breaks down how entrepreneurs can protect their executive brain function and lead with actual clarity, not just adrenaline.

Picture this: jet boating through canyons carved by gold rush history, white-water rafting hidden rivers, and driving 4WD tracks through country only locals know.

That is only half of the journey.

The other half moves slower: cycling open valleys, sharing meals over world-class wine, and connecting directly with local entrepreneurs who built something extraordinary on this land. This is cultural immersion shaped by Māori tradition and real relationships that a travel agent simply cannot book.

EO Exploration: New Zealand (10–16 January 2027) is not a vacation from your business—it is a deliberate reset.

A handful of seats remain. Claim your spot today via the link in our bio!

Chatbots → Agents → AI Workforces. 🌊

Last night at Blankspaces Santa Monica, Falon Fatemi — co-founder of Fireside with Mark Cuban — showed EO Los Angeles what entrepreneurs can actually do with AI right now.

The line that stuck: a single AI agent isn’t an employee, it’s a smart intern. The real shift is building an AI workforce — and rethinking the job of the entrepreneur entirely.

Thank you, Falon, and thank you to every member who packed the room. 👏

EO Argentina’s chapter president is on the cover of Fortuna! 🚀

This is to commemorate welcoming a new Board of Directors, led by incoming Chapter President Gabriela Goldszer.

She is only the second woman to hold this role in EO Argentina history.

And the momentum does not stop there. The chapter also celebrated a record 36 per cent membership growth over the past fiscal year.

Congratulations to Gabriela and the new board. Here is to what comes next. 🎊
