How much do we love seeing our students creating, using their Human Super Intelligence and natural imaginations? A LOT.

How does your ability to frame a shot, capture a moment, stage a backdrop, or art direct or understand the math of photography / videography serve a career? TOO MANY!

As the world continues to be deep into screens, using handhelds, thinking about subject matter, symbolism, accuracy, color, and emotion are vital career skills.

Skills learned in photography can drive careers in publishing, architecture, teaching, medicine, tech, pitch-building, engineering, interior design, real estate marketing or event & stage production.

The best software we have is still the creativity and imaginations inside our minds. Keep up the great work Mount Vernon High School we can’t wait to see what you create 📸🖼️🎞️.

It’s Farm Aid nite!! 🎤 Maybe not Mount Vernon, but given our historic connection to farming and the many named and unnamed Virginians who made the Commonwealth one of the country’s oldest homelands for agriculture, tonight’s musical tradition is one not to be missed.

Tim Reynolds
Neil Young
Willie Nelson & Lukas Nelson
Nathaniel Rateliff
Jesse Welles
Mon Rovia
Margo Price
Ty Meyers
and so many more.

Get your fire going and step into nostalgia tonight for a great cause. Play it Dave! 🎶🎤🚜🐓🔥🪵🍁

Farm Aid is coming to Virginia Beach to rock for family farmers! ...
