UPMA met over the weekend in Chicago IL training and certifying new Chapter Member Representatives (CMRs) from accross the country. Equipping these members with the tools and training to successfully represent members across the Postal Service when advocay matters and members fine themselves scheduled for an investigative interview or in the receipt of discipline. Please find the final decision on an issue addressed in Pay Talks last October. 380 level 18 Postmasters will have their FLSA designation changed from Exempt to Special Exempt. In just about five (5) weeks, we will gather in beautiful Puerto Rico for the10th Annual UPMA National Convention, August 1st to August 7th.
