Aledo Venom is a 501(c)(3) Non profit which provides a competitive youth baseball program focused on developing both strong athletes and strong character. Through structured coaching, high-level competition, and intentional mentorship, we offer players a positive, challenging environment where they can grow as teammates, leaders, and young men. Our organization delivers year-round training and access to premier tournaments that emphasize skill development, mental toughness, and sportsmanship. Beyond the field, we prioritize a family-first culture that supports our players and families while teaching respect for community, responsibility, and service to others. By combining competitive baseball with values-based leadership and opportunities to give back, Aledo Venom serves as a foundation for athletic growth, personal development, and lifelong character.
