It is okay to remind yourself of affirmations to start your day, take a break, or close your night with intention.

Everyone deserves love, healing, and support.

Your past choices do not define your future.

You deserve a second chance.
You deserve a choice.
You deserve the opportunity to grow.

Give yourself grace. Healing is a process — and you are worthy of it.

Remember, NMTRC4CV is here for you!

We believe prevention begins before tragedy, intervention happens in real time, and recovery must be accessible, structured, and sustained!

New Mexico Trauma Recovery Center for Community Violence supports individuals and families impacted by trauma, violence, substance use, and mental health challenges.

Coming soon, we will be offering Zoom sessions focused on trauma education, recovery support, substance abuse awareness, and mental health resources.

When we’re not directly serving our clients, we’re out in the community — going door to door, listening, understanding the needs, addressing conflict, and helping mediate issues before they escalate.

Our goal is simple:
Prevent violence. Support healing. Strengthen families. Rebuild communities.

If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out.

ONE STEP AT A TIME 👟✨

Healing isn’t a sprint.
It’s not loud.
It’s not linear.

It’s small, gentle steps.

This print is a reminder that:

🩶 It’s okay to ask for help
🤍 You are enough, just as you are
🤎 Every day is a fresh start
🩵 Small steps lead to big changes
💜 You are stronger than you think
💚 Trust yourself and your journey
🩷 Celebrate your little victories
🧡 It’s okay to pause and rest
💛 Believe you can overcome hard things

If you’re healing from trauma, rebuilding after heartbreak, or learning to regulate your nervous system — this is for you.

You don’t have to do everything at once. Or alone.
Just the next step.
