Friends of the Children of El Salvador The Friends of the Children of El Salvador is a Roman Catholic faith-based ministry, which seeks to advance the human rights of the children of El Salvador

FOCES was incorporated as a non-profit by the State of New Mexico on Sept. 6, 2006. Our main functions are to support the Student Stipend Program of FOCES El Salvador and to send delegations to El Salvador to learn about the people, work hand-in-hand with FOCES-ES to support community projects, help support the Stipend Program, and learn about the works of Archbishop Oscar Romero.
