One of the challenges of being a long lived human being is reconciling the linear nature of our life span with the recurring cyclical nature of the seasons. Another Spring is underway, buds on trees preparing the leaf out, the Winter receding with some cold snaps making a last stand. Hard as the cold may be, the heat is more demanding.

The three and six hour workshops, using experiential and critical thinking methods will address decision making, creativity and team building.

The Institute for Compassionate Community is undergoing metamorphosis as it transitions from one group of folks to another, with people retiring and others moving out of state. The 'work' remains to be done, the work never ceases but its manifestation moves in new and unpredictable directions. The key elements of generating joy is consistent. The key element of gathering community for positive action is consistent.
