Bravo To Bravera!!

Bravera Bank continues to make an impact in our community in so many ways, one of which is through their continued sponsorship of a senior candidate. They are also steadfast in supporting our program by extending opportunities to connect with the community and volunteer at their yearly customer appreciation event. Whether we are out and about in the community connecting with them at an event or stopping in to chat with them in the spring introducing new candidates and future leaders to them they are always warm, welcoming, and supporting and not only is Senior Candidate #4 Emily thankful for their sponsorship this spring, the program as whole continues to be grateful.

We are grateful for all of the local businesses who sponsor our program however some hold an extra special place in our hearts such as longtime sponsor EyeWest Vision Clinic. Dr. Colby and the team at Eye West have sponsored a candidate for over two decade and we could not be more grateful for their support.
Did you know a number of years ago, before our personal enrichment seminars began the program hosted a Beauty and Etiquette Night. Here candidates learned how to carry themselves, make up tips to bring out each ladies natural beauty if she wanted as well as a lesson in poise, etiquette and professionalism. Dr. Leah Colby from Eye West consistently donated her time to make these evenings memorable, fantastic, and educational.

Get ready for some pie and bingo!! Call FYCC at 763-496-6820 to sign up for the community pie eating contest beginning at 5:30 pm. We hope to see you there!!

Albertville Royalty Program and Family Youth Community Connections-FYCC is teaming up for Albertville Friendly City Days on Wednesday June 10th! We will have Pie Eating Contest for City Leaders, starts at 5:00 pm and then a Pie Eating Contest for the public at 5:30 pm (call FYCC 763.496.6820 to sign up) and FYCC Family Bingo at 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm. See you Wednesday under the Albertville Lions Club Pavilion!

The appreciation continues to flow from our program to all of those who make what we do possible. Another one of those sponsors is Mikal Knotek with Bell Mortgage. Mikal is not only a sponsor we can rely on year in and year out but an incredible alumni royal dad as well. Supporting his daughters Anna and Evie throughout their year of service he sees the value in our program and continues to show up for us in many way. Thank you Mikal for everything you have and continue to give to this program.

This year, Don's Auto Service & Repair - BP Gas Station is proud to once again be a senior candidate sponsor, supporting Aubrielle Poff. We encourage everyone to stop by one of our events during Friendly City Days to learn more about the wonderful things Don’s Auto continues to do for our community since they opened in 1953. Located not far from Central Park, stop by during Friendly City Days to grab a snack, a beverage, or fill up with gas!!

So much to celebrate this past weekend for Miss Albertville Claire. On Friday evening she officially graduated from St. Michael Albertville High School and then headed off to celebrate with her class at the all night grad party. Bright and early the next morning she was off to Minneapolis for the Aquatennial Ambassador Organization orientation as she prepares for the Best Days of Summer. We are so excited to see all that Claire will do in her future at St. Thomas as well as during the upcoming Best Days Of Summer!

We are so proud of you Claire and cannot wait to continue cheering you on!!

With just under a month remaining until our 50th Albertville Royalty Coronation Program, we wanted to dedicate this Friday Feature to the incredible young women hoping to continue the strong history and rich traditions of our program.

Over the past several months, these ladies have been diving in — learning more about themselves, one another, and our community — all while giving back, building lifelong friendships, creating countless memories, and becoming actively involved in the community they proudly represent.

Want to cheer them on? Join us next Saturday at the Zimmerman Wild West Days Parade, and watch for them at a variety of events and appearances throughout Albertville Friendly City Days!
