Disposable e-ci******es: Disposable e-ci******es are similar in appearance to Juul, but are pre-charged, cheaper, available in a wide variety of flavors, and some have even higher ni****ne concentrations than Juul
Popular devices like Smok and Suorin that can be refilled with flavored e-liquids
Menthol-flavored pod products like Juul.
The Administration’s action leaves too many loopholes. Stronger action is needed to end the youth e-cigarette epidemic.

The design of e-ci******es has changed over time, but for the most part, versions of all of these products continue to be sold. We started off with “cig-a-likes,” which really did look exactly like ci******es that glowed at the end, and with flavors mostly limited to to***co and menthol. Disposables today are bigger (greater volume of liquid), stronger (higher ni****ne), and cheaper than before. They use synthetic ni****ne, ni****ne analogs, and ni****ne derived from to***co. Some devices incorporate games and Bluetooth connectivity so they can act like a smart accessory and keep people on the device.

JUUL introduced the use of ni****ne salts to drive up the ni****ne concentration of e-liquids, without the irritation that would normally accompany high ni****ne exposure, thus making e-ci******es with high ni****ne e-liquids much easier to use by ni****ne-naïve people, like youth. Large-format disposable e-ci******es that allow for thousands of “puffs,” like Elf Bar, have also become widely available in recent years.
