Everyone can reduce their exposure to wildfire smoke.
✅Check your air quality at fire.airnow.gov. Wildfire smoke levels can change rapidly during the day, so check often.
✅Enter your ZIP code to see conditions in your area and steps to take to protect yourself and loved ones.
✅Make outdoor activities shorter and less intense.
✅It’s OK to be active outdoors when the AQI is Code Orange but take more breaks.
✅Watch for symptoms such as coughing or shortness of breath. If you experience symptoms, go indoors.
