Vanguard Albany Symphony A Benefit and Support Organization for the Albany Symphony Orchestra

Today and for the last 50 years, Vanguard has continued to support the Albany Symphony as its members serve as ushers at A*O's concerts, help with mailings, provide refreshments to the orchestra musicians at concert intermissions and rehearsals, house and offer transportation to out-of-town musicians and composers, and provide educational support at the Tiny Tots concerts and other programs. ionally, Vanguard puts together several fundraising events during the year that benefit the A*O. Significantly, over the last 33 years, the Vanguard Designer Showhouse has been a much anticipated event in the region every May as a showcase for interior design excellence and an excellent example of innovative support for the arts.
