Hi everyone!
I am looking for an experienced social media scheduler for a one-time paid project with the NY State New York State Agricultural Mediation Program.I'm the Statewide Director and will oversee the project.

No content creation involved. All images are already designed and branded. This is purely scheduling work.

The project:
Schedule one year of posts (Facebook + Instagram) using Meta Business Suite; roughly 140+ posts total, running August 2026 through July 2027.

The work includes scheduling:
2 posts per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) — you upload the provided JPG and add one standard line of text we give you
Bi-weekly newsletter subscription reminder posts
Holiday closure posts
You must have prior experience with Meta Business Suite or a similar scheduling platform. This is not a learning project - we need someone who can hit the ground running.
