Are you 21 years old? Did you take a NYTD survey when you were 17? Are you willing to lend your voice to help make a difference in foster care services for other youth?
New York's National Youth in Transition Database (NYTD) survey is continuing to reach out to youth. Right now, we are in the process of surveying 21 year old youth. If you took the survey when you were 17, you'll be hearing from us one last time. Your feedback is important to improving the foster care system in New York State. As with previous surveys, you will receive a gift card upon completion of the survey. For the 21 year old survey, you will receive a $50 gift card!
In order to take the survey again at 21, we need to make sure that we have the correct contact information for you. You can call Ruth Lindenfelser, NYTD Facilitator, at 518-591-8732 or email Ruth at [email protected] to provide updated contact information. You can also visit our website, NYTD.org to update your contact information. Or you can contact our interviewer, Helen, toll free at 844-220-5887.
Thank you and we look forward to talking with you!
