Dougherty County Youth Orchestra The DCYO serves the middle and high school students from Albany and surrounding counties. Currently led by Mr.

Founded by Sergio Rodriguez in 1997, the Dougherty County Youth Orchestra is composed of middle and high school students from Albany and the surrounding counties. It serves as a way for the students to express and perfect their musical talents. Alexander Reshetnichenko, the orchestra performs two concerts each year, as well as one competition.
