It was a blessing to lead in this vision for a lifestyle medicine health fest today, and with teamwork, we made the dream work!! What a day we had! We are so grateful to all the health organizations, food trucks, smoothie stations, band, and participants who made this day a success. And we were happy to host this alongside Emanuel SDA Church's health ministry, Healthy Life Albany, and SOWEGA Rising. We had a great time!
